Refund policy

What is the return policy?

-We do not accept returns or credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; this includes sale items, final sale items and regular price itemsPlease make sure you check to make sure you have the correct item before checking out. Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.

Can I cancel my order?

-We do not accept cancellations. Please make sure you are checking your order before you submit payment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I exchange an item?

>We will consider an exchange under special conditions: 

  • Damaged/defected item.
  • Wrong item sent to you.

All request for exchanges should be made within 5 days after package is received.  Exchange requests made after 5 days of receipt of the item will not be accepted.

All exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 

ALL ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY. ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED 1 TIME PER ORDER.

What if I didn't get my package I ordered?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Not at this moment.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes.
